Position: Inside Sales Specialist (Female Preferred)

We’re looking for a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to support our industrial sales operations. The role involves lead follow-ups, CRM updates, client coordination, and administrative support to ensure timely and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Follow up with clients via phone and email
  • Co-ordinate with leads, opportunities, and clients for effective solutions
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams
  • Maintain CRM records and sales documentation
  • Assist with order processing, scheduling, and reporting

  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
  • Organized, good at follow-ups and coordination
  • Prior sales/back-office experience preferred
